Independent living, not assisted living. Residents manage their own daily care, food, medications and appointments. We do not provide personal or medical care.

Who can apply?
Adults who can live independently, with a priority on veterans, domestic violence survivors and adults 55+. Everyone is screened by the same criteria.
What income do I need?
A steady monthly income such as employment, VA benefits, Social Security, SSI/SSDI or a pension, or approved rental assistance.
Do you run background checks?
Yes, through our Innago rental application.
How long is the agreement?
Month to month agreements. Rent is paid online through Innago.
Can my payee or agency pay my rent?
Yes. We invoice payees and agencies directly.
Are pets or visitors allowed?
Not at this time.
